How We Process Your Order

Order Handling

After your purchase has been verified, items are quality checked, packaged and labeled. We strive to get orders received within the day processed for shipping on the same day. The warehouse processes the orders, which can take up to one (1) to two (2) days during peak season.

Shipping and Delivery in Australia

After your items are processed, they take usually five (5) to seven (7) business days* to arrive at their destination, though this can take longer depending on the courier logistics. Our products are shipped from Australia. Majority of our customers receive their items within five (5) business days. Business days do not include weekends.

If you do not receive your order after ten (10) business days, please inform us as soon as you can.

Free Shipping for Purchases Within Australia

Shipping is free for delivery addresses in Australia. Customers can choose to ship to multiple addresses for more than one item purchases, just create a note for us upon purchase and we will gladly assist you with this. We can ship internationally, where customers are responsible for the shipping fees, extra customs duties, and other related fees.

For the free postage of your orders, we usually use the Australia Post. We don’t offer tracking information to the buyer if the item is to be shipped within Australia. Buyers from New Zealand and the United Kingdom may opt to have tracking information provided to them at an additional cost.

Wrong Delivery Address

We can assist you if you got the shipping address wrong. Just contact us within an hour of placing your order regarding this. We advise you to contact us via live chat so we will be promptly notified of your concern.
